Diary Progress Report
Cell-phone-only sampling is underway in ALL Metro markets in all 50 states. In the Fall Survey, Arbitron received listening diaries from 28,302 cell-phone-only homes.
The Fall 2009 Diary Survey achieved major advances in key sample quality metrics, including:
- For persons 18-34, the average DDI was 70 across all Diary markets
- For persons 18-54, the average DDI was 87 across all Diary markets
- The average DDI for Black persons 12+ was 91
- The average DDI for Hispanics persons 12+ was 79
